Orders can be placed directly through our website without creating an account.

After placing an order, our team may contact you via phone or other communication methods to confirm the order.

Orders are processed only after successful confirmation.

1.2 Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Homyx Bangladesh reserves the right to accept or cancel any order at its discretion.

Orders may be cancelled if:

The product is out of stock

Incorrect or incomplete customer information is provided

We are unable to contact the customer

Customers may request order cancellation before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible.

1.3 Payment Method

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver only within Bangladesh.

Delivery charges are as follows:

Inside Dhaka City: Tk. 80

Dhaka Area (Outside City): Tk. 100

Outside Dhaka: Tk. 120

Delivery time may vary depending on location, product availability, and logistical factors.

Delays caused by courier services, weather, or unavoidable circumstances are beyond our control.

3. Return Policy
3.1 Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and undamaged

The product must be in its original packaging

Original invoice/receipt must be provided

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

Items without original packaging

Certain hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact us via phone or email within the return period.

The product must be sent back to the address provided by our support team.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are negotiable and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refund decisions depend on product condition and return reason.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
